Hey there! Welcome to my blog. Here are a few things that I like to think and write about:
It’s in our nature to want to get things done as quickly and painlessly as possible. But what about mastery? What about patience? How does one go about learning resilience? We must slow down for the things that matter. When we aim to avoid pain, we deprive ourselves access to the lessons buried within.

We often pour kindness, understanding, and deep care into those that matter to us. Yet, when we are in despair do not show ourselves that same love. If they are deserving, why aren’t you? Because knowing yourself so intimately, then choosing to love what you see, is fucking hard.

When you spend a lot of time in your head it is easy to lose touch with reality. Self-limiting beliefs run rampant in places where there is no fact-checking. If you are tired of negative thoughts controlling you, take action. Even the smallest step brings you closer to the truth.

Do you take care of your body? Many want to look good and of course, that’s nice. But what about working out to improve your mental health? To clear your mind? To strengthen your discipline? To see your limits and push past them? If your mind is struggling, return to your body.
