Your Mind Is Complicit

Say someone annoys or offends you. Who is the one with the problem? The person who annoyed you, or you? The person who offended you, or you? Many prefer blame. But as Epictetus wisely stated, if someone succeeds in provoking you, realize that your mind is complicit in the provocation.
