Do you protect your peace of mind? You might be thinking, sure I do! I avoid conflict. Well that’s not exactly what I mean, nor is it recommended! Do you eat food that improves your mental clarity? Do you move your body to decrease anxiety? If peace is what you seek, it’s time to start acting like it.
