Makes Me Feel

Are you connected with your body? Our minds love to rationalize. Our bodies are much more blunt. This situation makes me feel anxious. This food makes me feel moody. This relationship makes me feel depressed. Aim to listen! Perhaps what your mind thinks is best, actually isn’t.
