Have you done any self-care lately? We often think of things we can physically do. Get a massage or walk in nature or read a book. (Love all of those by the way!) But we also have other options. Setting boundaries. Saying no. Staying at home. Asking for help. Aim to do one thing to nurture yourself today. And whatever you do or choose not to do, remember that you are someone who is worthy of care.
