Do you feel stuck in a rut? In the past I’ve written about making tiny changes to switch up your routine. Taking a different drive home, trying a new gym, restaurant, etc. But we can break it down even further! We can try new exercises at our usual gym. We can try new foods at our usual restaurant. The point is, we don’t have to bend over backwards introducing new things. We can simply be present enough to make different choices. So go ahead! Try it today. Your brain will love the novelty. 🙂
