Have you thought about this from a different perspective? Say something happens that is out of your control. This may or may not make you want to cry. Or throw up! But again, outside of your control. So instead of letting this information ruin your day, week, or what have you, what about looking at it from a different perspective? Aim to ask yourself, is this really about me? Does it affect my real life or is it more ideal shattering? And lastly, if I squint really hard can I find some good in this situation?
