What pops into your head when you think of yoga? Headstands? Bendy moves? Burning ass temperatures on purpose? Perhaps! But there is also chill stuff. Stuff like yoga nidra, which is a guided type of meditation for relaxation and sleep. Then there’s yin yoga, a slow-paced style that incorporates Chinese medicine, where you hold poses for longer periods of time. Slowing down your thoughts, feeling your body from within, being where you actually are… yes, please.
