
Do you really want that? We often say we want something while our actions tell a completely different story. You say you want to be more calm yet you continue to obsess over things you can’t control. You say you want to branch out and meet new people yet you continue to decline invitations. You say you want to get in shape yet you can’t even get yourself to go outside for a walk. Aim to look within and ask, what gives? Is my self-control the issue or could it be that what I tell myself I desire, I actually don’t?
